Terms and Conditions 

1.       Booking and Payment: A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required to secure a reservation. The remaining balance is due the day of check-in of the rental period. Accepted forms of payment include credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.

2.       Cancellation Policy: If the guest cancels the reservation more than 60 days before the start of the rental period, the deposit will be refunded minus a $50 administrative fee. If the guest cancels less than 60 days before the start of the rental period, the deposit will not be refunded.

3.       Occupancy: The rental property is only for the guests specified in the reservation. The maximum number of guests allowed in the property is stated in the property description and cannot be exceeded.

4.       Property Use: Guests agree to use the property responsibly and to leave the property in good condition at the end of the rental period. Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to the property during the rental period.

5.       Linens and Towels: Linens and towels are provided for the guests’ use. Guests are responsible for washing and replacing any damaged linens or towels.

6.       Maintenance and Repairs: The vacation rental company will make every effort to ensure that the property is in good working order. If a maintenance or repair issue occurs during the rental period, guests should immediately notify the company.

7.       Insurance: Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect against loss due to unforeseen circumstances, such as cancellations, medical emergencies, or natural disasters.

8.       Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the rental of the property will be resolved through binding arbitration by the laws of the state where the property is located.

9.       Governing Law: These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed by the laws of the state where the property is located.

10.     Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties
