Low season dates: January 10 to 30, March / 16, April to June 30 / August 25 to December 15.
Cancellations made 20 days or more before the arrival date will not be charged any fees.
Cancellations made between 19 to 15 days before the arrival date will be charged 20% of the total reservation amount.
Cancellations made between 14 to 8 days before the arrival date will be charged 50% of the total reservation amount.
Cancellations made between 7 days or less before the arrival date will be charged 100% of the total reservation amount.
High season dates: January 1 to 9/ March 30 to April 15 / July 1 to August 24 / December 16 to 31.
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the arrival date will not be charged any fees.
Cancellations made between 29 to 15 days before the arrival date will be charged 50% of the total reservation amount.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the arrival date will be charged 100% of the total reservation amount.
